Welcome to Drimlo! Completing this program will help you understand the importance of developing a game-life balance to improve gaming performance & satisfaction, physical health, mental wellness, skill development, and learning! This program is supplementary material to live coaching sessions & other Drimlo App content, and is designed to teach you everything you need to know to become an optimized, healthy, and knowledgeable gamer! Two lessons will be completed per week, with a brief assessment following each.  Each lesson includes gaming, physical health, and mental wellness content, activities, and recommendations. Your coach will be presenting each lesson and help you learn everything you need to know. As you progress through this engaging course and conquer content & evaluations, you'll be leveling up your brain, body AND your life! We're excited to team up with you on your GameLife journey! This is a parental control subscription service to make it easier for parents and care providers to ensure greater wellness of the users engaged in heavy gaming and digital screens consumption. This service includes weekly assessments, parental control settings on different devices and platforms, monitoring progress and making recommendations for constant improvement. This service doesn't require any third party software or app installation on local devices to ensure maximum privacy and online safety. Users will get to learn self-regulation as they balance between their screens usage and overall wellness on a daily basis. A dedicated Drimlo care provider will onboard the users and their parents on the system and will set up customized remote parental control services on different devices and platforms. The care provider will perform weekly check-ins with the users. Weekly reports will be shared on the dashboard and emailed to the parents.
